The construction next door is loud and dusty. Amugy, good little gamer. There is a tap, no toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitting on a bench you can see trough the whole playground, no need to chase your little one all the time. Nice people, nice children, swing, slide, sand pool, pirate boat, etc. Would be nice to have a cafe near by that's open on sundays too.
