Elfogadható. Lehet mellette beszélgetni/ dolgozni. A legnagyobb negatívum a büfé. Reggel hétkor nyit. Kilenckor már nincs hot-dog / hamburger. Kártyával sem lehet fizetni. Ide jutni a Kassai útról természetesen valamint a Sámsoni út felől is lehet a kis utcákon. A Kassai út felől a vonatátkelő szokott okozni némi gépjármű forgalom torlódást. Akadálymentesített bejárat szerintem nincs mert lépcsőn kell felmenni, de nem figyeltem lehet hogy van tolószék lift. Azt hiszem van mozgáskorlátozott parkoló. Az irodaház kissé régies de maximálisan ki van használva, eléggé felkapottnak mondanám. A belvárisból vagy a belvárosba gyorsan be lehet érni. Szerintem jó helyen van. A vonatnak hallatszik a zaja mikor elzúg, de meg lehet szokni. Végül is ez egy iparterület mellett lévő irodaház. The parking lot is quite full and not small.
