On a family holiday, we booked a table in the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon in the early afternoon. We waited about ten minutes for the waiter to come and pick up the drink and bring out the menus. (There was no guest outside the restaurant.) We ordered draft beer, which turned out to be out (!!!). Half of the chicken soup requested by the company had run out, and there was no ... The main dishes are tasteless, the soups are dilute - at least the bean soup. The "Forest Dream" is a fantasy grilled chicken breast with a wild fruit sauce and potato croquettes a nightmare dream !!! A company that came later would have asked for pizza, but there was no pizza ... In a pizzeria! I do not recommend the restaurant to anyone, their menu delivery is their profile, and they are not prepared for hospitality. Their relatively low prices are no excuse, as the quality of the food is low.

The restaurant was completely empty, but we waited 10 minutes for the waiter, who was leaning on the counter, to bring us the menu at all. Their draft beer was not available at noon on Saturday, and after selecting the dishes they were told there was no chicken soup. We waited for the soups after waiting for about 40 minutes. The quality of the main dishes is also disappointing, the dream of the forest dream was more like jelly or jam, and the chicken breast was tender and dry. The only flavor that could be felt from the food was that of myrrhite croquettes. Instead of a steak rib, which is "fried ribs stuffed with smoked seafood, red onion, sausage, cheese," we got a breaded rib with cheese. After getting the four-person bowl, the waiter had to be asked to bring some nice plates. We tried the restaurant first and I think the last one.

We waited for about 2 hours for food when I signaled the lady on the phone slammed the phone on me. The courier at the door convinced her that the colleague was stupid and she was alone. Then he tried to give a lecture on how the food was fresh. Well, it wasn't. I would not recommend it to anyone.

It is possible to place an order from 11.00, I sent it at 11.10. The confirmation included an expected delivery time of 90 minutes, at 13.30 I inquired when I could receive it. By 13.40, a fruit soup and a refreshed garnish had also arrived. There was not even 1 piece of fruit in the soup, the garnish for the main course was not what I asked for. There was an explanation for everything (menu delivery priority, new chef ...). I recommend it to someone who is not hungry and does not stick to what he has ordered.

The owner's reaction was completely correct. We took advantage today as well, as everyone deserves a second chance! Small pick pack with dessert and potato salad was my order. The dish was suitable in terms of taste, portion and price. Potato salad, on the other hand, is overpriced. The dessert was forgotten, so I can’t write an opinion about it! It only took about 1 hour to deliver. The courier colleague was very normal again. Overall, this order was more successful with classics, so I will change my rating depending on the new error! I don’t usually write a detailed opinion, but it was so uncritical that I can’t go past it. We ordered from the net waiter, which is already from the food panda side. The castle restaurant is upstairs called "get up if you can". Today we ordered two castle pizzas. One was asked for extra sausage and chicken. As the picture shows ... the two pizzas are completely different. Not to mention that you don’t even know the tomato sauce from the news. The dough is a disaster. Gundel pancakes and pizzas were also made in the trash. I find this ridiculous for 7 thousand forints. In addition, the delivery took two hours. For us, this was the first and last order! The old courier colleague was normal ... that's the only positive.
