★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem kellő körültekintéssel vesznek fel gondozottat, a kapott információkat késöbbiekben letagadják, szükséges / általuk szükségesnek vélt/ kórházi beutalás során nem tájékoztatják megfelelően a kórházi személyzetet a beutalás okáról. A személyzet között sincs megfelelő kommunikáció / ugyanarról a dologról 10 perc alatt kérszer értesítenek/. Addig minden ellátottat szívesen fogadnak amíg nem jelent gondot utána kihátrálnak. Az egy csillag oka a rendezett környezet.
