Just as you can do things that are noticeable on the fact, as well as the cake, except candle and fireworks! Well, this is a very big disappointment !!!! I was horrible for the 9000ft! I called you in one of the six and said one lady to the other to put her down! The whole thing gets crazy.

A new kind of procedure is starting to become fashionable: approx. for the fourth time, we ordered a tree trunk cake yesterday. To clarify: the tree trunk cake is filled with CHOCOLATE CREAM and LUBRICATED! Simple and great - that’s why we loved it. We ordered it back in August for our birthday - they put a greeting board and flowers on top of the CREAM made of marzipan. When ordering for yesterday (October), however, did you no longer want to understand this or was there a confectionery exchange? We opened the box (from which the cake had already stuck out ...) and we see that the whole thing is sprinkled with chocolate COAT. I even called and although the lady was willing, she suggested that I also list what I DO NOT REQUEST for the next order (?? !!) How long has this been a habit? That when ordering I have to be prepared not to be scammed ?? How could it have been done three times, and for the fourth time, the customer is almost at fault because he didn't get what he asked for? The chocolate coating is said to be part of the decoration. Have you not been a part so far (see August)? How should we have known they would be poured a neck with a gejl glaze if they hadn’t already done so? When ordering, it was more important to ask for personal information (what time, what gender and how old) - which is then a perfectly private matter and does not help or hinder the fulfillment of the order. however, they were gallantly silenced that for them, decorating more recently (!) with coating also means watering. NO REQUEST. I am deeply saddened that the service provider - yes, the confectionery is also a service provider as part of gastronomy - changes unilaterally, without informing the customer, and collecting personal data is more important than paying attention, fulfilling the order on demand (!) And maintaining quality. It is easy to trick a person with a cake, because it cannot be exchanged, it cannot be returned :-( The point is that the customer pays ... Whether you get what you ask for no longer seems to be part of the service. Once a year (!) I would dare to entrust my wish to someone else and I can no longer dare to do so from here. I can learn to bake for myself for my own celebrations. Heart-warming... There will be no next order, of course. I want to prepare it on demand, not to be afraid of sacks. I do not recommend, very not: unreliable.

Half an hour before closing, there wasn’t much ice cream left, but the selection of cakes was still pretty nice. Luckily, the coffee machine also operated, which would be turned off elsewhere at such times. The cakes were beautiful but did not cause a lasting taste experience. The location and service is fair, but no more. The prices, on the other hand, are friendly.
