I wanted to cancel my last order and have not received a refund for over 1.5 months and have made several calls and sent 20+ emails. This is how they value long-time customers. Please go somewhere else they do not worth the hassle.

Both the service and the coffee are delightful. They have all the typical espresso preparations as well as a nice selection of teas. The pastries also looked great although we didn’t try any on this visit. The shopping area has a great selection of coffee, tea, brewing accessories, home machines, and other coffee related gift items. Definitely a fun place to shop for the coffee or tea lover in your life.

However this time, my friend and I were treated so random and unfriendly. As for the menu, no English version for non-local people is so bad. As for our customers, we should dig into menu and figure out what we want and what we need really require time. But a female staff seems inpatient and rude with us. I just want to say that, it really ruins my love to Budapest and for the coffee.

Both were sour, the worst roast we have ever tasted. We couldn’t even finish finish them… The staff wasn’t specifically friendly, but ok. However, it seemed like that calculating the change was too advanced of a task…
