Többszöri telefonos megkeresésemre és e-mailben leadott rendelésemre sem foglalkoztak velem,holott a megrendelést követően visszaigazolták hogy rögzítették és hamarosan jelentkeznek. Aztán semmi. Felhívtam őket 1 hét után megigérték hogy szólnak az illetékes területi képviselőnek és visszahívnak na ez 2hete volt és még mindig semmi. Even 1 star is a lot! I was not dealt with on several occasional telephone inquiries and e-mailed orders, even though after the order was confirmed that I had been recorded and would be applying soon. Then nothing. I called them 1 week after they promised to speak to the relevant regional representative and call me back it was 2 weeks and still nothing.

Megkaptuk a visszaigazoló e-mailt, majd semmi. Párom felhívta őket, azt mondták 1 héten belül visszajeleznek, de semmi. Én is kértem árajánlatot, devugyan így jártam. A mai napon a Facebookos hírdetésük alá kommentbe leírtam ugyan ezt és 10 percen belül törölték a kommentet. Nemm ajánlom őket és az 1 csillag is sok! Megbízhatatlanok. Neither my partner nor my request was answered, nor to this day. We have been asking for a quote on their site for about half a year as a returning customer. We received a confirmation email and then nothing. My couple called them, they said they would respond within 1 week, but nothing. I also asked for a quote, that's how I went. Today, I wrote this in a comment under their Facebook ad and deleted the comment within 10 minutes. I don't recommend them and 1 star is a lot too! They are unreliable.

Professional, fast procedure, professional workmanship. It took 8 weeks between requesting a quote and a finished fence. The fence has become super. I recommend to everyone.

They do not respond to multiple email and phone inquiries. Amateur company for whom it goes too well. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

Kértem árajánlatot. 2 hét után felhívtam a területi képviselőt, mondta hogy most jön haza, kolléganő volt eddig helyette de amint beér ránéz. 1 hét múlva hívtam hogy mi a helyzet, most indul haza de akkor vissza ül a gép elé aztán majd hívni fog. Két nappal később írtam egy smst benne email címmel és a visszaigazolasi számmal amivel befogadták az árajánlatot. Azóta nem keresett se telefonon se e-mailben vagy smsben. Legalább mondanák hogy miért van csúszás vagy várakozás azt megérti az ember de ez hogy sz.... rá ez nagyon nem korrekt viselkedés. Ha már az elején így megy hogy bízzak meg egy ilyen cégben és fizessek előleget pl? Megbízhatatlan cég nem ajánlom senkinek hogy velük akarjon szerződni. If they don’t want to take the job why not say it ??? Why should one rob my time for weeks ???? I asked for a quote. After 2 weeks I called the regional representative, he said he was coming home now, he had been a colleague for him so far but as soon as he got to look at it. 1 week later I called what was going on, he was going home now but then he would sit back in front of the plane then he would call. Two days later, I wrote an smst with an email address and a confirmation number that accepted the quote. Since then, he has not searched by phone or email or sms. At least they would say why there is a slip or waiting to understand, but that's how it is .... it's really not fair behavior. If this is how I go in the beginning to trust such a company and pay an advance e.g. Unreliable company I do not recommend anyone to want to contract with them.

Emailben és telefonon is csak jön a magyarázkodás, hogy ekkor meg akkor jön a felmérés meg az ajánlat...de sosem érkezik meg. Felesleges a hirdetésekben a nagy szöveg... They've only been believing for weeks, waiting, time is ticking ... but nothing happens. It also comes down to explaining by email and phone that the survey and the offer will come ... but it will never arrive. No big text in ads ...
