Sajnos az üzlet a régi Csepel művek területén található ahol a legtöbb helyen katasztrófális az útminőség. Méter szer méteres kátyúk, gödrök vannak. Ellenben mivel az építkezési anyagokat nem lehet centire pontosan kiszámolni a legtöbb helyen bárhol máshol vásároltam, vissza lehetett vinni a bontatlan csomagolású sértetlen termékeket. Esetemben alig 2 hónapnyi kellemetlen telefonálgatás után végül kiderült, hogy nem veszik vissza a megmaradt termékeket, mert amit én vásároltam most nem igazán viszik és ők nem teszik el. Mivel nem tudok mit kezdeni velük, elég kellemetlenül érint a felesleges összegről nem is beszélve. Egy biztos, többet nem vásárolok náluk , kivéve ha centire pontosan fel lehet mérni az igényt és nem marad meg nagyobb anyag. Sajnálom, hogy a kezdeti pozitív élményt ennyire keserédes befejezés zárta. They were kind, they were helpful in buying and shipping as well. In my case, after barely 2 months of inconvenient phone calls, it finally turned out that they don’t take back the remaining products because what I bought now isn’t really taken and they don’t. Since I don’t know what to do with them, it affects me quite uncomfortably not to mention the excess amount. To be sure, I won’t buy more from them unless the need can be accurately measured by an inch and no larger material remains. I’m sorry that the initial positive experience ended with such a bittersweet ending.
