Kedves Krém - Kedves Krém

Kedves Krèm is a cool little shop selling absolutely delicious ice cream in Buda, not too far from the Danube. Kedves Krèm is a very good ice cream parlour, probably a bit off the beaten track. I passed it by chance when I was walking down from the Buda hill towards the island Margitsziget on a beautifully sunny afternoon. The shop is located on a nice little square where local people seem to hang out. Not sure if this is a hip part of town or not, but as anecdotal evidence, while eating my ice cream, I saw a hipster on a fixie driving past. The little symbols they have for the different ice cream flavours also looked artsy and cool. However, most importantly, they do really delicios ice cream. I had a strawberry scoop and it looked and tasted natural. Needless to say that the quality was far better than what I got at an overly touristy café up on the hill. Yet, the better product came at a cheaper price. If you crave ice cream on the Buda side near the river, don't be tempted by the shops on top of the hill, take in some more stunning views on your way and stop by at the great Kedves Krèm.

The quality is a little low I had a apricot icecream it was really bad just had the taste of the fridge it was the worst would not reccomend it to my worst enemy. But the one on the Pest side is great 10/10 would reccomend.

One of the best ice cream parlour in Budapest! Love the honey & cinnamon combo, lemon sorbet also tasted delicious. All together for just 900ft!
