Nagyon hasznos volt és jó hangulatban telt minden alkalmunk és mára már szinte minden fájdalmam megszűnt, pedig azelőtt elég reménytelennek éreztem. Rengeteg gyakorlatot tanított nekem, melyeket a mai napig használni tudok, mind megelőzésképp, mind pedig állapotfenntartás céljából. Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom!?
I worked with Kata for several months as a top athlete after a waist injury. It was very helpful and we were in a good mood and by now almost all my pain was gone, even though I felt pretty hopeless before. He taught me a lot of exercises that I can use to this day, both for prevention and for maintenance. I heartily recommend it to everyone!
