Tasty meals, fast waiters, nice place. They have 2 Kangaroos in the court?.

Nice place but need to work on english to easy comunicate with guest.

Horrible place. Dirty, spider webs all over the place, horrible staff. There were 3 groups of kids and the Kenguru staff left them starving because in the same time an party ( event) was organized. This party was just under the bedrooms, so no sleep as well. The worst place ever been.

Very nice hotel. The staff was great, some could not speak English but with translate it worked perfect. The food was very nice and the room was ok. The airco was needed and worked well. The pool had a nice temperature to swim on a very hot day. And compared to other reviews, we didn't smell any horse poop.

Great rooms and service. Cozy and homelike place. Kids were delighted. Thank you for hospitality

We drove for 14 hours to this hotel and reception staff spoke English poory. They did had inner parking space in the hotel area, first i asked for directions and she pointed to what seem it to the right side (we had to go around hotel's area to go in the parking) staff said there, ?i went outside and none of gates open, i tried again to go in and find directions for inner parking again staff pointed ?and said there i went outside again and still none gates opening, went inside for like 7 times ( few times i asked for help to find directions and she just put her hand in my direction i said i'm taking to college on the phone so i had to wait for her to give me directions and also driver waited for gates to be open. That was very rude in my opinion) . Hotel room where we stayed in was dirty in the bathroom i find 3 different hairs none of those hair where mine. Breakfast eggs where cold. Finally we had to pay more than we booked for. Booking price at first was 75€ and after our stay price went up to 87€ (staff explained it's because of the different currency ? that was a big nonsense because we never paid more in other places)
