Ha ez később, használat közben törik el, súlyosabb következményei lettek volna. Ezt jeleztem írásban a boltnak, válasz levélre nem méltattak.
Online ordering went quickly and accurately, but the fastening screws for the ordered box-case ceiling fastener all broke before I whipped them completely. If it later breaks down during use, it would have had more serious consequences. I indicated this in writing to the store, no reply to the letter.

Instead of Balatonfured, my package was delivered to Budapest due to an administrative error, which I did not receive a week later. I did not receive any helpful help from their customer service in solving the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy lufikészítő játékot rendeltünk a cégtől. A kiszállított dobozban vélhetően régebbi gyártású lufik voltak, ezért egymás után több is elszakadt. Emailben jeleztem a cégnek (ráadásul elég feszült stílusban), melyre másnap választ is kaptam. A hölgy végtelenül kedvesen, korrekten válaszolt, elkérte a címem és ingyenesen küldött utántöltő csomagot. A csomag megérkezett, minden rendben vele. A hibáról biztosan nem tehettek, a problémám pedig kiválóan orvosolták.
We ordered a balloon toy from the company. The box shipped presumably contained older balloons, so several were torn one after the other. I emailed the company (plus a pretty tense style), to which I received a reply the next day. The lady answered infinitely kindly, asked for my address and sent a refill package for free. The package has arrived, everything is fine with it. They certainly couldn’t make a mistake, and the problem was perfectly remedied.
