★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A férjem enterobull probiotikumot szeretett volna venni, amit a gyermekorvos ajánlott azert mert számos jótékony baktérium törzs van benne. A gyógyszertár nem rendelkezett a probiotikummal, es ahelyett hogy hatóanyag tartalom alapján keresett volna alternatívát, hasonló hangzása végett eladott egy enterol készítményt amelyben 1 gombatörzs található meg. Mikor visszavittem a patikus "hölgy" kioktató es lekezelő stílusban próbált lerendezni. Tessék a szakmát megtanulni, nem név azonosság hanem hatóanyag alapján helyettesítő terméket ajánlani. Mivel kicserélni sem sikerült a 2500 ftos probitikum ottmaradt.
My husband wanted to take an enterobull probiotic, which the pediatrician recommended because it contains many beneficial bacterial strains. The pharmacy did not have the probiotic, and instead of looking for an alternative based on active ingredient content, it sold an enterol preparation containing 1 fungal strain for a similar sound. When I brought it back the apothecary "lady" was trying to settle in a teaching and handling style. Let them learn the profession, not recommend a substitute product based on name identity but active ingredient. Since it could not be replaced, the 2,500 ft probit remained.
