I have been to the store many times in recent years. They have spoken disrespectfully to me four times so far. I dared to ask twice if the product I was looking for was being marketed. I once asked for a replacement after a defective item was released, when they managed to resolve the exchange so that I was misbehaving. (I didn't speak at the time, because it was only a few hundred forints). BUT as it turns out you can expect this attitude if a particular person is on the other side of the counter. This person is handling the problem in the store, and the first two times this fate has brought him together. Today, during the warranty administration of a high-value machine, it was not possible to get to the vineyard with the man. We should have agreed on a repair of a few thousand forints. He didn't even let me talk. He was constantly in the middle of my sentences, especially if the arguments didn’t justify him. After many interventions, my little girl spoke to the man. "Dad's still talking!" To this the whole store staff attacked my little girl, they said she was naughty as she said. If I don't stand by him, they'll send me out of the store. Because they are not doing well with customer focus, we have agreed to avoid each other’s company in the future. I wish you perseverance, provided you expect the store to solve your problems.
