★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keszthely has several great beaches, many wonderful places to eat, and is family friendly. You'll find a festival of some sort almost every weekend in the summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't drink while in Keszthely, otherwise you will risk bladder burst. No toilets in a 10 km radius. Don't buy anything either, because you won't be able to dispose it. I've literally carried an empty coke can for hours before I've found a trashcan.
