We had to wait 15 mins for our food as the staff were focused on online orders. Only took 10 mins to eat our Burger and tried to order an ice cream when we were told that they closed at 10pm. We couldnt use the toilet as they wouldn't switch the light on. Terrible service, food passable.

J	Jay Solomon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loving my KFC breakfast in Hungary. In the US I would never think of KFC for breakfast but I saw some advertisements here and said yes. It is a solid fast food breakfast experience. This morning I tried the Regelli Ciabata, which is a Ciabata roll with an egg, spinach and price of KFC chicken with sauce. Pretty solid. The line at this location was a little long for the staff but the food came fast enough once I'd ordered.
T	Taarika Dougan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order double grander only had one fillet. Everything very cold. Terrible and busy very confusing. Chips soggy. Hot wings very cold. Burger (missing fillet) very cold. Grander burger is also disgusting. Chicken wings almost inedible- so much cartledge and blood
G	Ghost Trigger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The app didn't accept my payment through Google Pay. After all I bought a take-away bucket with a bag. The paper bag couldn't even last 5 minutes and got torn at the bottom with everything falling out of it. Haven't had a chance to eat a single strip.
K	Katarína Stojková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff provide very poor and unprofessional services. The ordering machine do not issue receipts, so you do not have any order and payment receipts. And for staff this is normal… For this reason, I placed order duplicate, but the staff refused to cancel one order and laughed. They finally picked up the receipts from the machine, but throw them in the trash and refused to give them to me. And in the End, they didn’t even give me prepared food for cca 11000 forint, as they gave it to another customer who came after me, because they told - I was arguing and asking for a duplicate order to be canceled. I told them, I am in timepressure - because my train to Split has departure in 45 minutes, but they didn’t respect it and didn’t do nothing to slove this situation. This situation lasted more than 30 minutes and they didn’t give me food or return money. I have not yet encoutered such approach to customers. All wrong. I recommend changing staff. And potential customers avoid this branch. I will ask compensation.

Before my order they completed like 10 other ones with the pace of a snail as well. Furthermore those who received their food before me were supposed to be after my number. Utter non sense. The cherry on top was that they couldn't satisfy my long awaited order...
