A nice and convenient KFC the chicken is finger licking good if not too greasy. Staff are friendly and speak English. They have computer kiosks available in different languages to make ordering easier. The dining areas are kept relatively clean when it’s not crazy busy. While the free wifi is sketchy but does the job. Toilets are clean and require a code found on the receipt. Overall a good KFC with everything you need! Open late and easily accessible I would recommend this KFC if you require a fix of dirty bird ?

I was really hungry then I ordered 20 wings but finally I just got 15 wings in total. I called them to complain about my order but no one took the call. Terrible experience ???

The food is fantastic, but the devices wouldn't allow my credit card, the cashier did not speak english and you need a code to enter the toilet. If you're looking for some good fast food then this is the right choice, but don't expect too much from the service.

Alright lads/lassies... LEARN TO COUNT! My algebraicly complicated order consisted of 10 strips. No more, no less. Nothing else. I got 7. This isn't your first miscalculation. Ordering from you will be my last.

Cant say anything since I love KFC, so I love all KFC outlet and this is my favourite one since not so far from my apartment ?

Staff was good, Also many self ordering machines are available. Personally was not big fan of the chicken I bought.

Although they were trying their best, they just couldn't handle the evening rush and made me wait about 30 minutes for my two shakes - something you'd consider to be on the easier side of orders. 40% of their touch screen desks were out of order, for a few minutes, the screen where they show your number went off and no receipt contained the code for the toilets, leaving us having to ask for it. Oh, and also, the app didn't seem to work but it's not specific to this restaurant

Placed an order from here via Wolt. Ordered a Kentucky Gold Wrapper box with an extra side of coleslaw plus a Quirito box and a classic bucket of chicken. So an order around 8.000 HUF (not cheap). I usually place an order like this once a week from KFC but other KFC locations. This time I thought of trying here but that was a bad idea. When the order arrived everything was cold and soggy (the order was not late and on time arriving in less than 20 mins from the time it was “ready” at the restaurant). To add to that, the Kentucky Gold Wrapper and coleslaw were missing. So pretty much 1/3 of the order was not there. It was clearly on the receipt and the bag was still sealed when it arrived. It is very difficult to understand how this can happen and why this often happens with KFC. I have ordered from 5 different KFC restaurants around Budapest and 90% of the time things are missing or the wrong items are sent out. In this case, this restaurant was the worse KFC I ordered from. It doesn't happen with McDonald's or Burger King orders or any other restaurants really. I will never order from this restaurant ever again, in person or via Wolt etc. KFC in general has dropped its level of “quality” and is simply a disappointment sadly. If you really want KFC for some reason, then the Keleti restaurant is better than this one.
