★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you oder hours before you want it to be delivered to make sure it comes right on time, but the delivery is 45 mins late, and it is not the delivery guys fault. Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good taste 11/11 bucket. The spicy wings are fried to perfection! The strips are a bit spicy as well. KFC in budapest is more expensive than local restaurants, so the price/quantity ratio is not great. There is however unlimited refill drinks. There is also free toilet in the shopping mall. Beware ketchup costs 100 forints per pot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m almost 35 and today I ‘ve learnt there’s something worse than cold fries served with a chicken burger prepared 2h in advance. Well, cold fries fried in rancid oil served with a chicken burger prepared 2h in advance is definitely the worst experience I had in a fast-food.
Even 1800F -which is nothing more than 6€- is wasted money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small portions for such expensive price. Staff not friendly but are somewhat helpful. Service was super-fast. Food is inedible. The total of 10 fries they served were rock hard, cold and unsalted. The snack wrap barely had any chicken. It feels like I ate nothing. Drinks are self-serv and have free refills into a 0.35L cup. Soft drinks have a pretty good selection from Pepsi to 7-up to canadas dry to even green tea. Drinks were more watery than flavorful or fizzy though.
It seems this location is compromising on quality for quantity. Quantity > quality results in negative customer experience. Very bad quality.
Will not get the B-smart combo ever again, and may probably not return to KFC in Hungary again. Doesn't seem smart at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the "Qurrito" at Koki KFC. Familiar with KFC in Australia and this was a menu item I hadn't seen before. Sort of a burrito with spicy chicken. Quite tasty and a bit difficult to eat, it had a very large amount of melted cheese on it. Hate to think of the Calorie/Cholesterol hit! I have to say I prefer their Hot and Spicy chicken although this was nice for a change, if VERY heavy and rich. Plenty of seating in the food court and the queues for service Weren't to long. After we ordered it was less than 5 minutes and we had our orders. Unlike many stand alone KFCs, especially in country towns in Hungary, where wait time to order can be 30-45 minutes and waiting for your order can be 45minutes to an hour, Koki KFC actually classifies as " Fast Food""!!!!
