★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have no shame. Not only did you rob me of my lunch break (10min to prepare food) but clearly you robbed me of my money. How do you sleep at night after this bait and switch.
Follow up. I wrote to them as they asked...3 months later still no reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from the usual crowds and resulting long wait time, staff is very friendly and attends to the cleanliness of the dining area. The staff cleaning the tables and offering to take away empty trays are an especially nice touch. The food is hot and fresh to the point where you have to wait for it to cool down before eating it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to other branches, I was satisfied in this one. I was there on Saturday noon and the sitting area was quite clean and tidy. We tried the new Bsmart box that is advertised everywhere: you cannot really expect more for 450 Huf, although the chips were probably 8 in total -.- !!! Staff was nice and spoke English. There's a steep staircase to enter/exit the shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a foreigner. I made an order in this KFC restaurant and waited. I didn't see my number appearing and I was waiting for 15 minutes until I came up to the pick-up. The food was good though.
