★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through the app because they advertised reduced wait time, but not only was it not quicker but people who came in after me got their meal faster. The app said I've got my meal the whole time, but I hadn't and after 40 minutes of waiting even my order number disappeared from the board. When I finally asked, it turned out they got my order just didn't make it for some reason. So after about 10 more minutes I finnaly got my order, cold, and the small version of everything I ordered the normal size of. I basically got ripped off both money and timewise. The food was subpar but certainly not the worst KFC meal I have ever had, hence the two stars. On the up side the workers were nice and understanding. Although some of them should get a lecture on food hygiene. Would not recommend at this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like every other KFC in Hungary. I'm a bit disappointed that they dont have food delivery, but if you go there to eat it's very good. The staff is kind and they deal good with problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is the same KFC food like in every KFC restaurant, however the staff members need to be more organised. During service it feels like not everything is under control and you get that cI want my food and get out of here' feeling. You are serving people for God sake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a problem with one of their self service tills and lost our money... They never responded to our complaint... Probably because we are not Hungarians!! A shame on them! The food is KFC standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 8 pieces of chicken hot wings on Sunday, the 2022-01-30 around 07: 00 pm. My order no was 30. After reaching home I discovered that kfc packed 7 pieces of chicken instead of 8 as shown in below picture. Also chickens were spoiled inside they have packed deteriorated meat.
Most shocking was meat was old stock it seems. Please check and investigate further. How can kfc sell such worsen meat to customer.
Btw when I reached home in 5 mins from kfc, checked the bag it was cold not a freshly made chicken. Looks like old chicken.
