★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clueless and often rude. You can't have an item without cream without an argument, deliveries have missing items, cheese burger is s tiny patty with no cheese and only a scrap of lettuce. Telephone is not answered. Web contact is ignored. I've eaten KFC in several countries and expect a lot better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order using NetPincer was cancelled instantly. There was no reason mentioned. I would avoid this location as staff does not have the passion to serve the customer but concentrates on their own needs. There are other locations.
Update: see the answer below. The company does not want to discuss the issue in front of other potential customers but redirect everybody to their own closed system...
I have to state that I like KFC generally and I have a problem with THIS restaurant in Godollo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it! The food is sooo soo delicious! The only problem is that sometimes there is quite a long queue, but you can order on your phone, and you won't have to stand into the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is always something in this restaurant: either the Pepsi machine is not working, or the drive in has technical difficulties, or the sauce in your take away is different from what you ordered… one thing is constant: the personnel is magnitudes less professional then the concurrent restaurants… yes yes, I know, I should go to the concurrent if I’m not comfortable here, but that’s not my point in this comment!
