Freshly prepared. Bigger portion, than usual.

Could be cleaner. Table, seats coveres with breadcrumbs. Food is OK but on the expensive side.

The food is good. The prices however....The advertisement pictures bragging about the richness of a meal, however inside bucket has few items lingering.

Very slow, don't call yourself fastfood restaurant. ?

This place was so disappointing. We went there with our small son, we ordered our food and some add on sweet corn for our son, after paying the cashier said that the sweet corn will be ready in 5 minutes. We ate our meal, their chicken was so oily, way too far from the original KFC chicken. Anyway, after 20 minutes we follow-up for the sweet corn and they said it will be ready in another 5 minutes.( take note 20 minutes ago, she said it will only be another 5 minutes). Well we waited anyway, after 45 minutes the sweet corn is still not ready, we just went on our way. The customer service is just so bad, no one is even apologizing or telling us what is going on with the sweet corn, we left without getting our money back. I hope no one will ever experience this kind of bad customer service.

Best KFC and fast-food ever. The meat and the fries were fresh, you hade unlimited refild (for soda) so all in all it was great!

Walked into the KFC at Szolnok and a 3 wide queue was out the door. So many people waiting to order! Obviously a busy lunchtime. I've had KFC in Hungary a few times, outside Budapest, this is the second time in a country town. This store is an IDENTICAL copy of the newly opened KFC on Szombathely. An exact clone! Same problems with queues, only one of 3 registers operating and extremely slow delivery of food, ridiculous placement of the drinks fountain in the centre of the register area. This store has been opened for over a year, so lack of experience is no excuse. Also Solnok is not a major tourist destination, all seemed to be locals. After waiting over 15 minutes to order it took close to 50 minutes to get our orders of 2 "Grander Cheeser boxes". Our Burgers were disgusting, verging on inedible. Not sure if the correct ingredients were on them, but they were near cold and the chips Lukewarm. Only the Coleslaw and the Hot & Spicy chicken in the box were spot on. Chicken was fresh, hot and crispy and obviously just made. Burgers were at least 20-30 minutes old!! We are regulars at KFC both in Hungary and Australia. This experience of insane queues and waiting and stale food seems to be an issue only in country towns in Hungary. Staff seem to be all mature adults, no kids like in most other countries so inexperience is not an excuse. I would have refused these meals and asked for a refund if we hadn't already wasted close to an hour, were hungry and had to move on. Staff were friendly, store and washrooms were spotless and well maintained.
