A páromnak teljesen más gyógyszert adtak,mint amiért küldtem, még haza sem ért vele és kértem, hogy cserélje ki! A pár perce vásárolt terméket nem cserélték ki,pedig köteles lett volna az eladó! Foghúzas, ínygyulladás kezelésére kapott öblögetőt, torokfertőtlenítő spray helyett majdnem 7000 Ft.-ért! Gusztustalan emberek! Tisztelet a kivételnek akikből nagyon kevés akad!

My couple was given a completely different medicine than what I sent for, I didn’t even get home with it and I asked her to replace it! The product bought a few minutes ago was not replaced, although the seller would have been obliged to! He received a rinse to treat gingivitis and gingivitis, instead of a throat disinfectant spray for almost HUF 7,000! Disgusting people! Respect the exception of whom there are very few!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cantral pharmacy, the Art Noveau furniture is restaurated by capable hands. It is almost a museum. It causing confusion that the name is used as Silver Serpent Pharmacy or above the entrance only Serpent Pharmacy. Adding to the confusion is a golden serpent figure at the door. Even the Facebook post mention it as Serpent Pharmacy without silver.

While waiting to get my order done, I noticed an LGBT couple being treated with much direspect and disgust telling them in hungary 'we do not love this way'. The shop asssitant, after sending them away started to call them names (buzi in hungarian)... I find this attitude very shocking and it definitely convinced me to never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude pharmacist... This was my 2nd time visiting this place and whenever I come here I surprise how disrespectful these people are. I took some time counting coins and finding prescriptions, and pharmacist sighed in front me and sneered at me. I am not going back again ever. I highly recommend other pharmacy store few mintues away on Irany utca.
