★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elérni őket szinte lehetetlen,mindig ígérgetnek,nem reagálnak emailre,telefonhívásokokat x idő múlva az autómata bontja,majd kezdheti az ember előről,szabadságolásokra meg a koronavírusra fogják trehány hanyag munkavégzésüket. Bérlakásaik életveszélyes állapotban állnak ,cserepek potyognak a tetőről,ömlik az eső a padlásra, anyagi károkat okoznak a privát tulajdonban lévő ingatlanokban nem törődömségükkel ,mivel nem végzik el a megfelelő javításokat és így annak mások látják kárát.. Kerüljék őket ha tehetik ,nem egy segítőkész társulat,megoldásra,segítségre tőlük ne számítsanak!
It is almost impossible to reach them, they always promise, they do not respond to emails, phone calls are broken down after x time by the vending machine, then one can start again, they will take a lot of sloppy work for holidays and the coronavirus. Their rental homes are in a life-threatening condition, tiles are spilling from the roof, rain is pouring on the attic, they are causing material damage to privately owned properties without caring because they are not making proper repairs and so others are seeing damage. Avoid them if they can, not a helper company, don't expect solutions or help from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tarsashazon dolgozo holgy sokszor elerhetetlen (hetekig). Tisztelet a kivetel, de az ott dolgozo emberekben nincs empatia. A lakasok borzalmas allapotban kerulnek atadasra, viszont mikor visszavetelre kerul a sor, hibatlan lakast varnak el. Ovadekot honapokig visszatartjak. Az egesz KIK-FOR Kft mar reges reg nem olyan, de meg mindig a fejetol buzlik a hal!!!
The coward working on the same home is often inaccessible (for weeks). Respect is the exception, but there is no empathy in the people who work there. The flats are given up in a terrible state, but when it is time to take them back, they are waiting for a faultless apartment. I will hold back Ovadek for months. The whole KIK-FOR Kft is not like that, but the fish is always buzzing from the head !!!
