Very flawless. Cheap beauty is spacious and cute for the owner too.

I would highly recommend. The owner was very nice and helpful, she managed to get along even though she spoke only Hungarian :) location more in the center of the city, not far from Lake Balaton - 10 minutes on foot, close to shops, one shop opposite.

It's simply fantastic! We're here again! :) I don't understand Tamás Csík's problem! We have been back for years, no noise at all, we have tried almost every room :)! Kinga startlingly good in all a "goddess";) <3

Very nice place. The host is kind, helpful. Petofi promenade, beach is within walking distance! Child friendly yard, patio, etc ..

The best place in Siofok! We've been here for years, and we always feel superb. Kinga is a very nice, positive person, very good host. The apartments are clean, tidy, comfortable. The courtyard and the surroundings are quiet, peaceful. The beach is close by. Next year we hope to spend another 5 unforgettable days here! :)

This is not the first time I have stayed here. The place is excellent. The landlord is extra kind and helpful. I hope to have a chance to stay here again.

Sympathetic owner. If the room faces the main road, it is quite noisy in summer, with an open window, but it is well-equipped and affordable. I did not write my above opinion as an insult, but since I spread the answer with 6 exclamation marks, the esteemed owner also responded, I would clarify the description. The apartment is located right next to road 7 (Tanácsház út), although it really opens from a side street to the courtyard entrance. Google Street View photos also show the sign for Highway 7, and I think it can be used to decide where it is and where the windows in the attic apartments look. And whoever says anything, there is massive traffic on this road until late at night. It’s the main road through the city, with four lanes, with a traffic light in front of the apartment, and although the through traffic does go on the M7, it’s definitely busy. It’s up to everyone to decide how much they can withstand the climate, no matter how sipe-soupy, because we were in the spring and the attic rooms without ventilation were damn hot even at night. Accommodation was excellent, beautiful apartment with terrace. We had a view directly to the yard, which was a big advantage, as we saw our children playing on a nicely equipped playground / swings, slide with a house, sandpit, trampoline /. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, cutlery, air conditioning in each room and there was also disinfection :) In the yard there is a fireplace where you can roast goodies or cook goulash. We preferred the barbecue, the grill was lent to us by the hostess. Very nice lady !!! Accommodation is about 10 minutes walk to the beach and also to the center. It is a great location, quiet, peace .... Upon arrival, the lady handed us the keys to the apartment and also showed us on the map what is where, great! I highly recommend for families with children, we will be very happy to return !!! Thank you for a great holiday at Lake Balaton !!!
