Az ügyfélszolgálatot lehetetlen elérni a nap bármely szakában.
Múlt évben lett rendelve egy teáskanna December elején.
Majd 2 hét várakozás után felhívnak, hogy Karácsonyra nem fog megérkezni, de két ünnep között biztosan.
Most Január eleje/ közepe van de a rendelés még a mai napig nem jött meg.
A mai napon csak 4 különböző időpontban hívtam Őket, de minden munkatárs rettentő elfoglalt, vissza sem hívtak.
Vicc az ügyfélkezelésük ?????
 A hat sucks.
Customer service is impossible to reach at any time of the day.
Last year, a teapot was ordered in early December.
Then, after 2 weeks of waiting, they call that they won’t arrive for Christmas, but between two holidays for sure.
It is now the beginning / middle of January but the order has not arrived to this day.
I only called them at 4 different times today, but all the staff were terribly busy, they didn’t call me back.
A joke about their customer service ?????
