Statika hiányzik, a panellel önmagában nem lehet házat építeni NMÉ csak a panelra van, ami édes kevés egy ház építéséhez. A gyártó helyen egy két ember szédeleg milyen gyártás folyik ott? Én a Költözzmával építettem és a gyárban kb.12-14 ember dolgozott, a tulajdonos elmondta és mutatta a táblán, hogy 80 ház gyártása lesz ebben az évben eddig, amihez most egy lakópark jön 70 házzal, na ott gyártás folyik!!!!! Mindig csak a mutogatás és a magyarázkodás megy, holott az ő dolguk a megírt szerőzések és tervek, jogszabályok, szabványok alapján a megépítés. Valami gond lehet itt a kivitelezőkkel ha a Király Házak Kft ilyen képzést ad a kivitelezőknek; tudtommal nekik kell a kivitelezőket egyedi képzésben részesíteni mivel ez egy saját technológia. De ezzel sincs gond, de akkor ne az ellenőr legyen a hibás amikor az alapvető tetőszerkezet, a felmenő geometria, a munkagödör kiásása és a kijelölése(Geodézia), stb. teljesen linkeskedve van megtervezve és kivitelezve. Kérdem én milyen az a cég aminek az a fő profilja hogy hárítja az alvállalkozókra a felelősséget holott ő adott rá garanciát arra hogy képzésben részesültek az alvállalkozói és ilyen rossz minőségű, slendrián unkákat végeznek el?
