Legutóbb, mikor csomagért mentem "kedvesen" a sor végére küldtek, magyarul a sorban mögöttem álló másik 3 embert szolgálták ki előttem, mondván a csomag előkeresése macerás. Pedig direkt vásároltam is a csomagátvétel mellett, hogy szó ne érje a ház elejét. Aztán a hölgy kereste-kereste a csomagot, de nem találta meg. Éreztette velem, hogy én most őt feltartom, vonogatta a vállát, hogy ha ő nem találja akkor nincs csomag. Elküldött, hogy beszéljem meg a csomagküldővel - annak ellenére, hogy az ő általa is látható rendszer szerint nála volt a küldemény. Mindez 20-30 percet vett igénybe. Elmentem, beszéltem a csomagküldővel, természetesen ő is úgy látta, hogy a Kis ABC-ben van a küldemény. Visszamentem ahogy tudtam pár nappal később és láss csodát, rögtön megvolt nekik. Időközben megtalálták, de persze maguktól nem szóltak volna (megadtam a telefonszámom). Bocsánatkérésről természetesen szó sem volt. Nem ajánlom a helyet, azért adok mégis két csillagot, mert a fentit megelőző kb. két alkalommal nem volt gond, és amúgy szimpatikus helyi üzlet. Ha valaki csomagot rendelne ide, akkor csakis utánvéttel tegye (mert ki tudja, mi történik náluk...), amit csak kp engednek kiegyenlíteni, bankkártyával nem. I visit the place primarily as a packing point, sometimes without thanks. The last time I went for the package "kindly" I was sent to the end of the line, in Hungarian the other 3 people in the line behind me were served in front of me, saying the search for the package was macaric. I also bought it directly in addition to the package, so that it doesn't even touch the front of the house. Then the lady searched for the package but could not find it. He made me feel like I was holding him up now, shrugging that if he couldn't find it, there was no package. He sent me to talk to the courier - even though he had the shipment according to the system he could see. It all took 20-30 minutes. I went, I talked to the courier, of course he also saw that the shipment was in the Little ABC. I went back as far as I could a few days later and see a miracle they had right away. In the meantime, they found it, but of course they wouldn't have spoken on their own (I gave my phone number). There was, of course, no apology. I do not recommend the place, I still give two stars because the approx. twice there was no problem and he was a sympathetic local business anyway. If someone ordered a package here, do so only by cash on delivery (because who knows what's happening to them ...), which is only allowed to be paid by credit card, not by credit card.
