★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Többször voltam már az üzletben , minden alkalommal nagyon kedvesek voltak és segítettek! Még úgy is hozzájuk jártam, hogy neten sokkal kedvezőbb díjjal lehet képeket előhívatni, valamint házhoz hozzák ingyen. De mivel nagyon kedvesek voltak ezért érdemes volt bemenni, valamint több mindent vásároltam már ott pluszban is! De legutóbbi alkalommal egy idősebb hölgy szolgált ki! Kritikán aluli volt a szolgáltatás, én segítettem neki letölteni a képeket az e-mailből ( mert ő nem tudta, hogyan kell). Meg sorolhatnám az egyéb panaszaim is , volt 4-5 olyan mondata, hogy mondtam is hogy nem gond elmegyek máshová … ( el kellett volna). Majd nem tudta megmondani hogy mennyibe fog kerülni a képek előhívása…. Majd közölte hogy azért mert le kellett tölteni a fotokat valamint PNG formátumban vannak ezért plusz díjat számolnak fel. Kérdeztem hogy ez még is mekkora díj ? És miért nem szólt előre ? Erre sem tudott választ adni … Mai napon ahogy mentem átvenni a képeket, akkor sem lettem tájékoztatva, hogy mekkora ez a plusz díj. Azt mondanom sem kell hogy dupla annyiba kerültek a fotók mint a neten, vagy a kiírt áruk! ( ha ezt tudtam volna , akkor én is felszámolom a parkolásom és a Kép letöltés titkának átadását, ami nagyon hosszúra sikerült) . Valamint azért nem lenne rossz, ha az ember bemegy az üzletbe és odamennek hozzá nem 3-5 méterről kiabálnak, hogy mit akar? Köszönöm , többet NEM , marad az internet, ott nem is bunkók és nem ilyen drága!
I have been to the store several times, each time they were very kind and helped! I even came to them that you can bring out pictures online for a much cheaper fee and bring them home for free. But since they were very nice so it was worth going in as well as buying more already there plus! But last time an older lady served! The service was below criticism, I helped him download the images from the email (because he didn’t know how to). I could list my other complaints as well, I had 4-5 sentences that I also said I had no problem going elsewhere… (I should have). Then he couldn't tell me how much it would cost to retrieve the images…. He then said that because the photos had to be downloaded and they are in PNG format, they charge an extra fee. I asked, what is the fee? And why didn't he predict? He couldn't answer that either… Today, as I went to take the pictures, I wasn't even informed about the extra charge. Needless to say, the photos cost twice as much as the net or the goods posted! (if I had known this, I would also charge for handing over the secret to my parking and Picture Download, which took a very long time). Also, wouldn’t it be bad for a person to go into the store and go to him not from 3-5 meters shouting what he wants? Thank you, NO more, stay on the internet, there are no jerks and not so expensive!
