Sokat tanultam mi a helyes és mi nem, megfelelően gyakorlatokat végezni, visszakaptam műtéti előtti állapotom. Így utólag egyértelmű hogy a megelőzés a lényeg és már első jeleknél komolyan venni, be kell építeni mindennapjainkban, én kifejezetten élvezem.
