Örültem a szélés körű tájékoztatásnak a tervezés szakaszában és a szerelés közben is sokat tanultam az egyes beltéri egységek jellemzőiről. Értékes tanácsokat kaptam a karbantartással és a garanciaidő kiterjesztésével kapcsolatban is. Érződött, hogy nem csupán egy munka vagyunk a sok közül, hanem a hosszú távú együttműködés a céljuk. The work of the Climate Tenkes team is characterized by accuracy, speed and cleanliness. I was pleased with the wide range of information during the design phase and also learned a lot about the features of each indoor unit during installation. I also received valuable advice on maintenance and extending the warranty period. It felt like we were not just one job out of many, but their goal was long-term collaboration.

Igényes, szép munkát végeznek és tisztességesen megcsinálták azt, amit kértem és leegyeztettünk előzetesen. Sőt, tanácsot is adtak több mindenben, ami érdekelt és megkérdeztem tőlük. Az előzetes egyeztetés gördülékenyen ment, az ügyintézés kiváló, és még állami támogatás igénylésében is tanácsokkal láttak el, ezt külön köszönöm nekik! That’s why I chose them a second time for installation. They do a demanding, nice job and they did what I asked for fairly and we agreed in advance. In fact, they also gave me advice on several things that interested me and I asked them. The preliminary consultation went smoothly, the administration was excellent, and they were even given advice on applying for state support, thank you especially! Not only did they help us install the two AC's beautifully, they also were kind enough to attach our TV bracket to the wall and fix a problem with our outlets for a small extra charge. One of the installers knew English and was kind enough to answer some questions we had. The customer service on email answers super quick, very friendly and informative, and with high standard English. I would just like to say that in my three years living in Hungary, this was by far the best service I've had since moving here. Thank you so much for your service! We highly recommend and look forward to more services in the future.
