Az első klíma kültéri egységének hátoldalán ahol a lamellák vannak egy nagy ütésnyom volt amit “véletlen” nem vettek észre és majdnem felrakták de szerencsére többen figyeltünk és végül egy másik került fel. Előfordul, ez eddig tálán oké… A klímát végül felrakták a villamos kötést nem wagoval hanem valami olcsóbb társával végezték és kötődoboz helyett szigszallaggal tekerték be. A klíma kipróbálását követően kb 1-2 dl vizet öntöttek bele ami nem folyt ki. Ebből az került megállapításra hogy jó a bekötése a kondenzvíznek. Használatot követően 10-15 perc után folyik a víz a klímából, vissza nem jöttek helyrehozni. Akik végezték a munkàt egyfolytában panaszkodtak hogy ide-oda fel kell mászni, meg nem voltak megoldás centrikusak, mennyire fáradtak, mennyire sietni kell és nem érnek rá hanem hamar gyorsan rakjuk fel és irány a következő megrendelő. Nem tudom hogy a többi szerelő csapat is ilyen de én inkább az éves karbantartást is mással csináltatom garanciavesztés tudatában mint hogy még egyszer ide jöjjenek dolgozni. I ordered 2 air conditioners from them at a 2-storey family house. On the back of the outdoor unit of the first air conditioner where the slats are there was a big shock mark that was “accidentally” not noticed and almost put on but luckily more people watched and eventually another one was added. Sometimes, that's okay so far… The climate was finally put on, the electrical connection was not done with a wago but with some cheaper companion and wrapped with an island tape instead of a junction box. After testing the climate, about 1-2 dl of water was poured into it, which did not flow out. From this it was found that the condensate connection is good. After use, after 10-15 minutes, the water flows from the climate, they did not come back to repair. Those who did the work kept complaining that they had to climb back and forth, they weren’t solution-centric, they were tired, they were in a hurry and they didn’t get to it but we put it up quickly and head to the next customer. I don't know if the other mechanics are like that, but I'd rather do the annual maintenance with the knowledge of the loss of warranty than to come here to work again.

Karbantartásra évente jópénzért jelentkeztek, viszont most amikor meghibásodott, minden papír bekérése után még egyszer felhívtak aztán soha... E-mailben, telefonon többszöri megkeresésre nem válaszolnak. The installers constantly scolded the brand of the device to be installed because of how difficult it is for them to install. They applied for maintenance every year for good money, but now that it has broken down, they were called once more after every paper request ... They don't answer multiple inquiries by e-mail or phone.

A szerelők rutinosan, esztétikailag szépen dolgoztak. Ajánlani tudom. The devices were delivered exactly (4 pcs.). The duration of the installation was six hours, which is very favorable for me. The mechanics worked routinely, aesthetically beautifully. I can recommend.
