★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: még a Békéltető Testület meghallgatásán sem jelentek meg, ez mindent elmond a cég vásárlókhoz való hozzáállásáról...
Silány minőség, még silányabb kiszolgálás. Reklamációs e-mailre nem válaszolnak, egyszer vették fel a telefont, aznapi visszahívást ígértek, de persze nem hívtak. A weblapon a termék méretét több helyen is rosszul tüntették fel, de mivel erre nem is gyanakodtam, csak összeszerelés után derült ki, hogy a sátor nem is fér be a helyére! Én azért teszek egy próbát a hatóságoknál...
