★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koczán Ferenc néhai cipészmester lakóháza a tájegység utolsó zsúpfedésű, csapott oromzatú, vályogfalú parasztháza, amely 2006 óta Bük Város Önkormányzat tulajdona.
A végső pusztulástól megmentett lakóház teljes körű külső és belső felújításon esett át. Különös gonddal lett helyreállítva a hajdani kívül-fűtős cserépkályha konyhai fűtőnyílása, valamint a kemenceajtó, a mászókémény ajtó, a nyílások és azok vasalatai. Az újonnan készült vasalatok az eredeti mintájára és méretére kerültek, egyedileg legyártva. Az udvarépítés során a meglévő kerítés, a kapu és a kiskapu is javításra került. Az udvaron meglévő kút kitisztítását követően elkészült háncsolt akácból az új ágasfa és gém. A gém ellensúlya pántokkal felerősített gyökér (kölönc).
A Koczán ház jelenleg civil közösségek otthona – itt kapott helyet a kézműves műhely, a húsvéti tojásfestés, valamint különböző gyermek- és családi programok. A legjelentősebb rendezvények, amelyek a Koczán házban kerültek megrendezésre: Farsangfarki disznóölés, Ivó napi bormustra, Családi nap augusztus 20-án és ősszel a Szent Mihály Napi forgatag. Az egykori suszterház a városi programok egyik kedvelt helyszíne, ahol népi hagyományainkat, ünnepeinket és rendezvényeinket mutatjuk be, autentikus környezetben.
 The residence of the late shoemaker Ferenc Koczán is the last thatched-roofed, flattened gable, adobe-walled farmhouse in the region, which has been owned by the Bük City Municipality since 2006.
The residential house, saved from final destruction, has undergone a complete exterior and interior renovation. Particular care has been taken to restore the kitchen heating opening of the former exterior-heated tiled stove, as well as the oven door, the climbing chimney door, the openings and their fittings. The newly made hardware was made to its original pattern and size, custom made. During the construction of the yard, the existing fence, gate and small gate were also repaired. After cleaning the existing well in the yard, the new branch tree and heron were made of peeled acacia. The counterweight to the heron is a root attached to its straps.
The Koczán House is currently home to civilian communities - it houses a craft workshop, Easter egg painting, and various children’s and family programs. The most significant events that took place in the Koczán House: Carnival Pig Killing, Drinking Day Wine Pattern, Family Day on August 20 and the St. Michael's Day bustle in the fall. The former sister house is a popular venue for city programs, where we present our folk traditions, celebrations and events in an authentic setting.
