★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egyszer Budapest belvárosában kellett szervízbe mennem. Ott említettem, hogy amúgy Szombathelyen, itt szokták az autót szervizelni. A tulaj ismerte valamely autószerelős egyesület révén és elmondta, hogy Koltay úrnál tisztességesebb üzletembert még nem ismert meg.
Once I had to go to a service center in downtown Budapest. I mentioned there that in Szombathely, they used to service the car anyway. The owner knew him through a car mechanic's association and said he had not known a business man fairer than Mr Koltay.

Fast, correct, helpful, and what is important in today's world is adapting to the customer. I've been to a lot of service shops and there are few of them. Not the cheapest but quality.
