This is a very nice place to visit and have a rest drinking or eating something. The food is very nice and amazingly cheap. Waiters are very intelligent and helpful. We enjoyed every minute there. Thanks to everyone

Nice hotel with a cheapest but quite good meals in town (you get 20% off). Situated right in the center of this small charming town and 20 min walk from the famous baths. Private parking is just behind the hotel. Rooms are modern. Personnel is nice and friendly. Good stay.

Very central location. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast is one of the best I had in a hotel.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff, modern and very clean rooms. The breakfast table is like in a fairy tale - it simply has evertyhing this country and region can offer. I also tried the restaurant for dinner - just great! Very good value for money too. Gyula is such a quiet and relaxing place, definitely worth visiting if you appreciate great parks and swimming pools. It is a very clean town, simply no litter in the streets anywhere.

The place is really elegant and pretty, the rooms are lovely too. The food choice is a bit small. The service is nice.

Great location, in the town center. Walking squares, small shops, coffee houses and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is good. Hotel has a lot of potential but does not deliver the expectations. At first sight, everything seems great when you arrive. Suite looks nice and clean, receptionists are nice, lounge and restaurant area looks also very nice and cozy. And almost everything positive stops there. Most important thing in a hotel is a good night's sleep and Komlo Hotel fails to deliver that. There is no ventilation system, so they use AC devices. Although we had only the AC device from the living room turned on, from the other one from our bedroom (which was turned off) we could constantly hear loud noises, seemed like sound from water pipes, then vibrations and cracklings. This happened constantly the entire night, so it ruined our entire experience as we could not rest at all. You need ear plug to be able to sleep. We also made a reservation for the jacuzzi and sauna, which I personally thought is free of charge for guests (my mistake, did not understood it correctly from the website), but, nevertheless, the price is not that high. The problem was, that if you pay extra for this service, you also have the least of expectations, which would be cleanliness. We found the area full of water on the floor, and the water in the jacuzzi was not cleaned after the previous guests. We got a sensation of dirtiness and weren't able to enjoy it, so we left after around 20 minutes, spent mostly in the sauna. We also had dinner at the restaurant, where we ordered out of the a la carte menu. Food looks great in the pictures, looks also good when it arrives on the plates, just that the taste is not there. Starters were boring and for the main we had the filet mignon - meat was medium rare as ordered, but the taste was mediocre - and duck legs with mashed potatoes and red wine purple cabbage - meat was ok but not great, mashed potatoes terrible (somehow dry) and the cabbage had a way pregnant taste of cinnamon. We eat gourmet food frequently and also was not the first time we ate similar dishes.

The hotel is very central in a good area. They offer paid parking at a fee, for us it was weekend so parking on the street happenes to be free. The reception lady was very effective and nice. The room big and clean (deluxe suite), all good with it. Price quality ratio quite good. We had a comfortable sleep. Breakfast had many dishes, good quality. We caught the rush hour at breakfast maybe because it was very crowded, confused people and the space for buffet is very small, queue at coffee, not nice experience.
