★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment just this day, at 5pm but once I get there, (at 4.30pm) I find the building closed and nobody told us that the doctor would be on vacation, not until we went into the store right next to it. A very dissapointing event, since the doctor before this one was very serios and kind about/with her patients, but sadly she left due to covid as she was quite old. All the other ladies told us that they couldn't contact us "because they didn't have our number" but we've been there for at least 8 years already.
