★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Általam megbízott személy járt el a csomagfeladás során. Az igényeimet egyértelműen papírra vetve (a posta csomag díjkalkulátor oldalán is használt kifejezéseket használva) továbbítottam az igényelt szolgáltatásokat.
A kért "Árufizetés" összegét nem tudták értelmezni, annak ellenére, hogy kétszer is feltüntettem az számadatot, különböző kontextusban. Senki nem kérte, de a postaköltséget hozzáadták az utánvétes/árufizetés végösszegéhez, így a címzett egy magasabb összeget kell fizessen, mint amiben eredetileg megállapodtam vele.
Természetesen visszavonni nem lehet a csomagfeladást, tejesen mindegy hogy az 1 perce, vagy 1 órája történt-e, mert ahhoz "jegyzőkönyvet kellene felvenni". Abszolút nem segítőkész hozzáállás, ráadásul az ügyintéző hibájából, adódnak a fentiek.
A kialakult különösen kellemetlen helyzetet persze nekem kell rendeznem a címzettel.
