D	Domeeka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alapvetően jószándékú mesteremberek, azonban a felszereltségük hiányos, inkább egy udvar szolgál "szerviz" gyanánt. Autóemelő, rendes felszerelés és felkészültség hiányában komolyabb munkákat és javításokat nem tudnak elvégezni, ennek tudatában érdemes felkeresni őket, például ha csak tölteni kell vagy kisebb szivárgást megszüntetni arra tökéletes és el is végzik kedvező áron. (Az esetem mondjuk ennél tanulságosabb de biztos csak elszigetelt történetről van szó: a klímakuplungot kellett volna visszarögzíteni egy ragasztott csavarral a helyére, ehelyett leszedték és - mindenféle vizsgálat nélkül - belebegtettek egy 300e Forintos klímakompresszor cserét. A szerelőm visszacsavarozta a klímakuplungot, levegőtlenítették, nyomáspróbázták, feltöltötték 470g R134a hűtőközeggel és azóta is tökéletes a klíma, a kompresszornak főleg semmi baja...ezért a szakmaisággal kapcsolatban is van fenntartásom, de legalább a két bácsi stand-upja megérte azt a pár ezer forintot amit a téves inspekcióért kértek :)) A problémát ugyan nem oldották meg, de ennek ellenére nem maradt rossz emlék, 3* They are basically well-meaning craftsmen, but their equipment is incomplete, they prefer a yard as a "service". (My case is more instructive than this, but it is only an isolated story: the air conditioning clutch should have been fastened in place with a glued screw, instead it was removed and - without any inspection - a 300e HUF air compressor was replaced. they were filled with 470g R134a refrigerant and since then the air conditioning is perfect, the compressor is mostly wrong ... so I also have reservations about the professionalism, but at least the two uncles' stand-ups were worth the few thousand forints they asked for for the wrong inspection :)) problem was not solved, but still no bad memory remained, 3 *

Ugyan a problémámat nem sikerült megoldaniuk, mert autóvillamossági jellegű, mint kiderült, de korrekten elmagyarázták és további tanácsokat is adtak! They were welcomed within a day, helpful and friendly. Although they could not solve the problem because it is car electric, as it turned out, they explained it correctly and gave further advice!

A probléma azonosítása után részletesen tájékoztattak a javítási opciókról és az ezzel együtt járó előnyökkel, hátrányokkal. Javasolták, hogy gondoljam át a döntésemet és jelezzek vissza később. Mindezért pénzt nem fogadtak el, annak ellenére sem, hogy ez kb. 30 percig tartott és egyáltalán nem volt garancia a részükre, hogy a javításhoz hozzájuk viszem vissza az autót. Azonban másnap telefonáltam és harmadnap délelőtt már a tényleges javításra hagytam ott az autót, amiért délután vissza is mehettem. Mindvégig kedvesek, türelmesek, segítőkészek és tisztelettudók voltak, a telefont is mindig felvette Péter Úr. Az árak korrektek, a javításról számlát kaptam. Ha megkérdezik, én biztosan nem fogok mást ajánlani helyettük, illetve nem fogom máshova vinni az autót, ha klímaproblémáról, vagy töltésről van szó. It was suggested that I reconsider my decision and report back later. For all this, no money was accepted, even though it is approx. It took 30 minutes and there was no guarantee at all for me to bring the car back to them for repair. However, I called the next day and left the car there for the actual repair by the third morning, so I could go back in the afternoon. They were kind, patient, helpful and respectful all along, and Mr. Peter always picked up the phone. The prices are correct, I received an invoice for the repair. If asked, I will certainly not recommend anything else for them, or I will not take the car elsewhere if it is a climate problem or charging.
