Told them to replace my belt tensioner due to frequent squeaking after replacing my belt. They looked around and said, “nope, take the belt back and ask for a new one under warranty”.. Charged me $12, and after installing a new belt, turns out they were right.

Az előre jelzett hataridővel kicsit csúsztak viszont ez csak akkor derült ki mikor nap végén érdeklődtem, hogy akkor mehetek az autóért. A javítást kicsit másképp végezték el mint ahogy a megbeszélésből én gondoltam de egyelőre rendben van. Azonban 10 szervízből csak ők vállalták ezt a javítást és jó a végeredmény, szerintem korrekt árazással. Ha a kommunikációt is tudják úgy intézni ahogy azt szeretnék akkor abszolút pozitív a tapasztalat. Én ajánlom őket. Elektronikus fizetési lehetőséggel! They slipped a bit with the predicted deadline, but it only became clear when I inquired at the end of the day that I could go for the car. The repair was done a little differently than I thought from the discussion but it's okay for now. However, only 10 of the 10 service companies undertook this repair and the end result is good, I think with fair pricing. If they can handle communication the way they want it to, then the experience is absolutely positive. I recommend them. With electronic payment option!
