Rendelés előtt telefonon kértem tájékoztatást pár játékról és ez is nagyon pozitív volt hogy azonnal kapcsolatba tudtunk lépni és minden kérdésemre azonnali választ kaptam. Az egyik játék sajnos nem indult de igéretük alapján küldenek másikat szóval izgatottan vàrjuk ☺ The 5 stars because they were quick and kind to solve the problem with my order. Megérkezett a csere, de sajnos az sem volt jó, ezúttal is jeleztem a problémát és újfent cserélték. Harmadjára már minden rendben volt. Többször is elnézést kértek és felvették velem a kapcsolatot, nem csak én kerestem őket. Nagyon korrektnek és határozottan vevőorientáltnak tartom őket. Elégedett vagyok. A véleményem igaz. Szerintem a pozitív vélemények egy nagy kamu!!! elmondom miért... 20 év alatt eddig még sosem fordult velem elő hogy nem azt kaptam amit rendeltem! Prince of Persia Forgotten Sands-t rendeltem tőlük xbox 360-ra. 3990Ft-ért hirdetik. Erre kihoztak egy NFS Most Wanted-ot megjegyzem azt is valami utángyártott tokban. A lemez olyan karcos volt hogy olyat még nem láttam! Csak azért nem küldtem vissza mert a szállítási költség is 2000 Ft volt, így nem érte volna meg vele foglalkoznom. Szerk.: figyeljétek meg mennyire fontos nekik a vásárló: 2 hónap elteltével válaszoltak, akkor is degradálóan! They censor opinions they don't like! I ordered from them first and last! Great Scammers! I think the positive reviews are a big sham !!! I'll tell you why ... In 20 years, it has never happened to me that I didn't get what I ordered! I ordered Prince of Persia Forgotten Sands from them for xbox 360. It is advertised for HUF 3,990. They brought out an NFS Now Wanted for that, I also note it in some aftermarket case. The disc was so scratched I had never seen one before! I didn't send it back just because the shipping cost was HUF 2,000, so I wouldn't have had to deal with it. Edit: notice how important the customer is to them: after 2 months, they responded, even degradingly!
