Ismerősök javaslatára két éve a Koper Konyhastúdió készítette a konyhabútorunkat, de már nagyon megbántuk, hogy őket választottuk. Egyedül a tervezés az, amivel meg vagyok elégedve, mert Erika nagyon praktikus, könnyen kezelhető konyhát tervezett meg nekünk. Pár hete még azt írtam volna, hogy az alapanyagok minőségével is elégedett vagyok, de aztán elkezdett leválni a frontokat borító réteg olyan helyeken (is), ahol sem hő, sem gőz hatásának nem voltak kitéve. Úgy gondolom, hogy egy alig két éves és méreg drága konyhabútor esetén ez megengedhetetlen. A bútort beszerelő asztalos a felmérésnél még kedves volt (amikor a főnöke is jelen volt), de a munka első pillanatától kezdve lekezelő volt velünk szemben, és szakmailag is nagyon gyenge. Például nem megfelelő erősségű gázrugókat szerelt be, és amikor rákérdeztem, hogy miért nem tartja meg a szekrény felnyíló ajtaját a gázrugó, a válasza az volt, hogy nem jól nyitom fel, de majd megtanulom. Azóta cseréltetnünk kellett a gázrugókat, és a szekrényajtó mérete alapján sokkal erősebbet hoztak, vagyis tényleg gyenge volt az eredetileg beszerelt gázrugó. Az egyik szekrényajtót ferdén szerelte fel az asztalos, és amikor erre rákérdeztem, a válasza az volt, hogy a mosogatógép miatt tűnik ferdének, igazából én látom rosszul, majd elkezdte rángatni a már beszerelt mosogatógépet. Pár hét eltelte után elkezdtek lepotyogni a szekrényajtók fogantyúi, és amikor jött az asztalos garanciális javításra, akkor megjegyezte, hogy ő már a beszereléskor látta, hogy ezek a csavarok rövidek lesznek, de hát ezeket adták a fogantyúkhoz, ezekkel szerelte fel. És ez csak pár példa arra, hogy miért nem ajánlom ezt a céget. Overall, I do not recommend Koper Kitchen Studio. At the suggestion of friends, Koper Kitchen Studio made our kitchen furniture two years ago, but we were already very sorry that we chose them. Design alone is what I’m happy with, because Erika designed a very practical, easy-to-use kitchen for us. A few weeks ago I would have written that I was also satisfied with the quality of the raw materials, but then the layer covering the fronts began to peel off in places (also) where they were not exposed to either heat or steam. I think this is unacceptable for a barely two year old and poison expensive kitchen furniture. The carpenter who installed the furniture was still kind to the survey (when his boss was present), but from the first moment of work he was condescending to us and very weak professionally. For example, he installed gas springs of inadequate strength, and when I asked him why the gas spring didn’t hold the cabinet opening door, his answer was that I wouldn’t open it well, and then I’ll learn. Since then, we’ve had to replace the gas springs, and based on the size of the cabinet door, they’ve been made much stronger, meaning the gas spring that was originally installed was really weak. One of the cabinet doors was mounted obliquely by the carpenter, and when I asked him that, his answer was that he looks oblique because of the dishwasher, I actually see it badly, and then he started to jerk the already installed dishwasher. After a couple of weeks, the handles of the cabinet doors started to fall apart, and when he came to the carpenter's warranty repair, he remarked that he had already seen during installation that these screws would be short, but then these were added to the handles, he fitted them with. And these are just a few examples of why I don’t recommend this company.
