★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A problémának neve van: Fődi Mónika. Az ügyfelekkel abszolút lekezelő, problémát generáló, akadékoskodó és erőfitoktató stílus nekem nem tetszett.Hihetetlen hogy valaki ilyen stílussal emberekkel dolgozhat.A többi munkatárs pedig teljesen normalis volt.
The name of the problem is: Mónika Fődi. I didn't like the style of absolutely dealing with clients, generating problems, stuttering and strength training. It's unbelievable that someone can work with people with this style. And the other staff members were completely normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lusta ügyintéző az 1-es ablaknál. Fájt neki nagyon, hogy dolgoznia kell. Rossz tájékoztatást adott, nem ért a munkájához, vagy nem akar érteni hozzá. Gratulálok! Valószínűleg ez Magyarország legrosszabb kormányablaka! A mi pénzünkből fenntartva! Szégyen!
Lazy clerk at window 1. It hurt him a lot to have to work. He gave bad information, did not understand his job or did not want to understand it. Congratulations! This is probably the worst government window in Hungary! Reserved with our money! Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kedvesek voltak. De sajnos egyáltalán nem felekészültek és téves információkat adtak, de az is lehet, hogy csak nem volt ma kedvük dolgozni. Végül egy másik kormányablaknál aznap sikerült elintéznünk egy lakcímbejelentést, azon okmányok nélkül amiket itt számonkértek rajtunk.
They were very kind. But unfortunately they weren’t prepared at all and gave false information, but it could also be that they just didn’t feel like working today. Finally, at another government window that day, we managed to make an address statement without the documents we were asked to report here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egyáltalán nem volt segitőkész az 1-es púltnál dolgozó hölgy. Szeretünk volna gyorsitott eljárásal igazolványt csinálni,de ő nem akarta megérteni hogy mi mit szeretnénk. Nem tudta,de szerintem nem akart nekünk segiteni. Most utazhatunk majd Nürnbergbe a konzulátusra ,és ezért még extra szabadnapot is kell majd kérnünk! Világosan tudtunkra adták hogy ide többet nem kell jönnünk!
