Tájékoztató kirakva 0, nem iratok minden nap átt autót! De ne aggódjatok, más ügyben sem találtok információt,csak reklámokat. Az viszont csúcs, hogy van akinek csak 5 percet kellett sorban állnia 4 autó átírás miatt ? I waited 2 hours to get into it (car transcription). Ma egy gépjármű adásvételt jelentettem be, tegnap telefonáltam, egy Benkó Lívia nevű hölgy vette fel a telefont mivel nem volt időpontom tartottam tőle, hogy nem fogadnak, a hölgy közölte őt keressem, egy perc várakozás után behívtak gyorsan elintézték a dolgot. Személyigazolványért is majdnem 2 órát kellett várni. Felháborító. Esetleg akinek dolga van, az mit csinál? Ilyen sokat nem lehet várni! I was in the document office in Aszód twice in a month and a half. The waiting time is overwhelming. I had to wait 2 and a half hours to get a license. I also had to wait almost 2 hours for an ID card. Outrageous. Maybe whoever has a business is doing what? You can't expect that much!

A telefonos ügyintézés is profi, első csörgés után felvették,és a kérdésemre készségesen válaszoltak! Budapesten és Pest megye legtöbb okmányirodájába kellemetlen az ügyintézés, a telefont fel sem veszik, alig lehet bejutni, rengetegen vannak. Aszódon az eddigi tapasztalatok alapján ez nincs így! Inkább leutazunk Aszódra, de sikeresen és nyugodtan tudjuk az ügyeinket intézni! I am maximally satisfied, the best!
