Engem a 8:00-ás időpontom előtt oda is hívott magához és 10 perc alatt el is készített mindent. There is a gentleman working in the automotive affairs office who is very courteous, kind. He even called me there before 8:00 and he did everything in 10 minutes.

Elküldték, mert csak 16:40- ig fogadtak ügyfelet. Értem,hogy a dolgozók munkaideje 17 órakor lejár, de akkor ezt valahol jelezhetnék, hogy zárás előtt 20 perccel ne menjen senki feleslegesen!? It would be nice to signal somewhere that no one should go 20 minutes before closing. Today my daughter went to deal with a case at 16:43. Nem tudom ezt szépíteni… Segítőkészség nulla, ellenben iszonyat lekezelő a stílusa (csak tudnám mire fel). Szem és fültanúja voltam a mai napon, ahogy fennhangon leoszt egy idős hölgyet, mert nem tudta mit kell megnyomni a sorszám automatán. Már ott 200 volt a pulzusom ettől a hangnemtől. Majd amikor a hölgy következett, fogalma sem volt melyik ablakhoz kell mennie. A “szimpatikus” biztonsági őr meg épp olvasgatta a Kiskegyedet, ügyet sem vetve a hölgyre. Én segítettem neki, amit nagyon kedvesen meg is köszönt szegény. Szeretném megkérdezni, hogy a kedves vezetőségnek nem tűnt még fel ez a stílus? Vagy ez rendben van így??? The “briefing” security guard aunt is a huge big taho! I can't beautify this… Helpfulness is zero, but his style is terrible (I only know what to do). I was an eye and ear witness today as he hands out an old lady out loud because he didn’t know what to press on the serial number vending machine. I already had 200 pulses from that tone. Then when the lady followed, she had no idea which window to go to. The “sympathetic” security guard was just reading the Little One, not caring about the lady. I helped him, which was kindly greeted by the poor. I would like to ask that the kind management has not yet noticed this style? Or is that okay ???
