★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Annyira gyors az ügyintézés hogy csak másfél órát kellett várni gépjármű ügyintézésre kinn a 35 fokos melegben. Őket is megvárakoztatnám a Lidl előtt.
The administration was so fast that you only had to wait an hour and a half for car administration outside in the 35 degree heat. I would wait for them in front of Lidl as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A biztonsági szolgálat segítőkész, kedves.Gyors az ügyintézés, szinte várni sem kell. Időpontfoglalás lehetséges. A váróhelység tágas, kényelmes és világos. Az udvarban parkololási lehetőség van.
The security service is helpful, kind. The administration is fast, you don't have to wait. Appointments are possible. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and bright. Parking is available in the yard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foglalt időpontunk volt, 20 perc várakozás után engedtek be az épületbe, úgy, hogy a foglalt időpont előtt már 10 perccel meg kellett érkeznünk. Ezután további negyed óráig még várakoztattak.
We had a busy time, we were allowed into the building after a 20 minute wait, so we had to arrive 10 minutes before the booked time. They then waited another quarter of an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Időpontom volt, fél óra várakozás után be is hívtak, de még ott is várnom kellett. Már sorszámmal érkezők is sorra kerültek.. Újra mertem szólni, erre a kedvesnek nem mondható ügyintéző azzal védekezett, hogy hívtak fél 2-kor. Közöltem, hogy engem biztosan nem, mivel 13.25-től már ott voltam. Ahelyett hogy engem vett volna előre, közölte, hogy ezt "játsszam le" a biztonsági őrökkel.. Mondhatom szép eljárás.. Ide biztos nem megyek ügyet intézni!!! ??
