Az utánunk érkező embereket mindenkit behívtak ....majd 2 óra várakozás után megkérdeztem hogy esetleg módosítaná a lakcimunket ? ( Egyébként a 2es pultnál történő nagyon "kedves" hölgyet kerdeztük es inkább a hajszínét nem is írnám le)..... Azt felelte nekünk, hogy sok a dolga . Mondtam megértem de 2 ora várakozás után gondoltam kapok egy kis magyarázatot erre ..... A következő felelete az volt ......- Ha nagyon sürgős menjenek másik hivatalba :) :) Senkinek nem ajánlom,ha gyors ügyintézést szeretne .... Pláne nem a roppant kedves szőke hölgynél ! Hiszen minden úgy történik amiként történnie kell. It is true that we have to wait patiently for our fate before they actually deal with our case. But why should it be any different? Csak egy igazolást akartam kérni sürgősen a családi pótlékról, de vagy online időpont foglalással vagy védettségi kártyával lehetett intézkedni. Inkább nem részletezem a történteket. Néhány rögzített fa játék vagy pár színes ceruza és papírlap rajzolgatni. Nem gondolom hogy ezek beszerzése hatalmas összeget igényelne inkább csak egy kis odafigyelést... Kipostáztak egy chip-kártyát, amivel megint be kellett jönnöm és átvenni a személyit. Ez bizony duplakör! A tájékoztatás gyengére sikerült, nekem kellett olyan dolgokra rákérdezni, amit autómatikusan elvár az ügyfél, hogy tájékoztassák (chipre megadható egyéb telefonszám). Volt aki csak trécselt telefonon v. a padtársával a várakozók meg vártak. Szerencsére nem sokat járok erre a helyre. A városban van egy másik 2x ekkora kormányablak. Az sokkal jobb és nem a mérete miatt. The quality and speed of customer care depends on who you go to. I have a quick meaningful bartender nomeg so "what are you doing here?" type. Some just joked on the phone v. the waiters waited with his teammate. Luckily, I don’t go to this place much. There is another 2x window in the city. It is much better and not because of its size.

Az elmúlt egy hétben két alkalommal kényszerültem ebben a fertőben ügyet intézni és meghökkentően inkompetens, rosszindulatú, mocsok emberek ülnek a pultban. Szóval nem elég, hogy mindenre alkalmatlanok, de még az ideget is belebsszák az emberbe. Kéjes örömmel fogom az elkövetkező heteimet arra fordítani, hogy mindenféle ellenőröket és olyan szerveket szabadítsak rájuk, akik pokollá teszik a tyúkszros életüket.
