Kétszer mentem eddig időpontra, többet nem fogok, hisz mi értelme van annak, hogy időpontot foglaljak, ha mindenki, aki utánam érkezik a recepción kapott sorszámmal, hamarabb sorrakerül, mint én, aki előre foglalt időre mentem?!
Their date booking system, or the way it is not handled is unfortunately under criticism. I’ve gone twice by date so far, I’m not going to go any further, because what’s the point of booking an appointment if everyone who comes after me with the serial number they got at the front desk is queued up sooner than me who went by the pre-booked time ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos egyetlen csillagot sem érdemel. Időpontfoglalás után is fél óra a várakozás,úgy hogy a 20 ablaknál ketten dolgoznak.
Félretájékoztatnak ha tájékoztatnak egyeltalán! Nem értenek hozzá, két alkalommal mentünk vissza, és még így sem sikerült elintézni, felháborító az ügyintézők hozzánem értése!
