★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai napon szerettem volna időpontot foglalni gépjármű ügyintézés miatt. 2 telefonról párhuzamosan hívtuk a 1818-at, mivel a pápaiak nem tudnak időpontot adni 30 perc után feladtam!! Egyszerűen nem veszik fel a telefont, csak az előre felvett szöveg van. Még az az 1 csillag is sok!!!!
Today I wanted to make an appointment for car administration. We called 1818 from 2 phones in parallel, as the popes can't give an appointment after 30 minutes I gave up !! They just don’t pick up the phone, just the pre-recorded text. Even that 1 star is a lot !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can sort any governmental business out quite fast at once place. Very convenient, really cannot say anything bad about it. They even moved the "TB" (social insurance) personnel here, so you don't have to go to the TB office anymore either.
