He had a great list of reviews so i said i would give it a chance. He took 1hour to cut my hair he's attention to detail is incredible. He told me he learned his trade from his father, i just showed him a photo of my usual haircut from my barber of 10 years. He actually upgraded my haircut and it was hands down the best haircut i ever had in my life, haircut, head massage and wash. All for 5,000 local currency. Absolute bargin..i am already looking forward to my visit to Budapest again solely to get my haircut by this master! Thank you Peter

Walked in the door and he started cutting my hair within five minutes despite me not having an appointment. Haircut was fantastic and so was the herbal head massage and hair wash! All for such a cheap price. He spent over an hour cutting my hair and it only cost 5000 FT. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a traditional barber and I would return if I was ever in Budapest again.

English is not his first language but he speaks enough to understand what you need. Just show him a photo of the style you want and Peter will match it. There's only one chair here so try to make an appointment. The work is precise and he pays close attention to detail. I took my father-in-law here while they were visiting Budapest and he too was very happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend this place.

The barber is very friendly although he doesn’t speak much English. The guy is a perfectionist. I mean a perfectionist! Attention to detail at its finest. It took him 1,5 hours to do my haircut the way I wanted which was coupled with a wash, head massage and possibly 5 different products on my hair! The best haircut I have ever had in my life. I am seriously considering flying in just for him. I highly (highly) recommend to pay him a visit. Solid 5 stars from me.

English was not his strong suit, but after I showed him a picture of the cut I wanted, we connected in a different way. I cannot articulate exactly how amazing the experience was, but I still talk about it to this day. The most unique, a true purist; expect a totally different experience than your typical barber. Well worth it. After all these years I still have not found the words- I can only encourage you to check him out and find your own!
